Have you heard of Knetic, do you have questions about what Knetic is, are you looking for a way to mingle with young professionals in the Kingsport area?  Then this is the time to get involved or just come out be social and be a part of something special.  Knetic has been building a foundation of young professionals that live or work in the Kingsport area and now Knetic is taking the next step.

Take a look at the website and browse the events section to find out what we are doing and where you can meet us at. Most events are free to come to and almost all are for anyone that wants to come, meaning you don't have to be a paid member just to come see what's going on.

  • Knetic Membership fees are $25 yearly
  • Knetic currently has 8 leadership team members
  • Knetic has an email list of over 300 people
  • You do not have to be a paid Knetic member to come to all events
  • Knetic takes money earned from fund raisers and puts it towards events to help young professionals
  • Knetic age ranges from 20 somethings-40somethings
  • Knetic works with the Kingsport Chamber of Commerce
  • Knetic members include, but are not limited to - 2 Aldermen, Eastman& Domtar employees, many small business owners, Chamber of Commerce employees, TV on air personalities, graphic design, photography, City of Kingsport Employees, and recent college graduates.

  • Animal Shelter Donation Campaign:
    This holiday season Knetic held its very first Animal Shelter Food Donation Campaign. The two-week campaign was held from November 23 through December 6 in Kingsport, Tenn.
    A BIG THANKS goes out to those who donated dry pet food and another BIG THANKS to the organizations listed below who hosted our red barrels.

    We are proud to report that the campaign was a hugh success and the pounds of food are still being weighed in. As promised, the food will be divided between the Kingsport Animal Shelter and Journey's End No-Kill Animal Society.
    Although our campaign has ended, management from both shelters have indicated that they are always in need of the following items: cat/kitten food, cat litter, dog/puppy food, bleach, Lysol cleaning products and newspapers.
